Luckily for us the meat is Sockeye Salmon served with Broccoli and mashers! So good! Betsy makes a cucumber dill sauce that really ties things together.

If I had known this was getting photographed I would have styled it much better. Just a drizzle of sauce perhaps. As it is, my cucumber dill sauce appears to have barfed all over the salmon.
